摘    要:以硬脂酸和二乙烯三胺为原料,经酰胺化和环化脱水合成硬脂酸咪唑啉中间体,再加入乙醇和乙酸使之转化为水溶性的咪唑啉季铵盐。研究表明,合成硬脂酸咪唑啉季铵盐的最佳工艺条件为:酸胺摩尔比为1∶1,环化反应温度为210℃,环化反应时间为5 h。

Abstract:With stearic acid and diethylenetriamine as raw materials,stearic imidazoline intermediate was synthesized by amidation and cyclization.It transformed into water-soluble imidazolium quaternary after adding the ethanol and acetic acid.The results showed that optimum conditions of synthesis of stearic acid imidazoline intermediates was that molar ratio of acid to amine 1∶1,reaction temperature of cyclization 210 ℃ and reaction time of cyclization 5 h.
