混合C4在丙烷脱沥青装置上的应用

摘    要:在丙烷脱沥青装置上,以减压渣油为原料,通过在溶剂丙烷中掺加10%~15%的混合C4,可以使轻脱油收率提高10%左右,同时使沥青延度指标由80-85cm提高到85~88cm,吨原料创经济效益的能力由掺入前的40元增加到45元,装置操作稳定。

Abstract:Mixing 10%-15% C4 with the regular solvent of propane in the vacuum-residue-feed solvent deasphalt plant aiming at improving the quality of asphalt product as well as the profitability of the plant, had been under testing for a couple of years. The test showed that it can increase the yield of deasphalt oil by 10%, improve the ductility of asphalt product from 80-85 cm to 85-88 cm and increase economic profit from 40 RMB/ton to 45 RMB/ton. It is a technical development with commercial significance for the process.
