可再生能源技术在住宅项目应用中的经济效益分析

传统能源总有用完耗尽的时候,发展可再生能源正在成为当今世界新的能源革命。在住宅项目中大力提倡和应用可再生能源,是实现房地产行业可持续发展、发展循环经济的关键,也是全面建设小康和谐社会的必然选择。文章以笔者参与建设的南京栖园项目为例,对太阳能生活热水技术、太阳能光伏发电技术、地源热泵技术等可再生能源技术在住宅项目应用中的经济效益进行了分析,认为应用了可再生能源技术后,不仅大大地降低了成本,带来了巨大的经济效益,而且具有长远的示范意义。

Economical Benefit Analysis about the Application of Reproducible Energy Technology in Residential Development Projects

There should be a day when traditional energy sources be used up,so exploration of the reproducible energy sources is now becoming a new area of revolution in the world.Advocating and using reproducible energy in residential development projects is not only the key of sustainable development of real estate industry and development of recycling economy,but also inevitable choice of building well-off and harmonious society.This article analyzes the economical benefit of the use of reproducible energy sources in the residential development projects by the case of the Nanjing Qiyuan project in which the author taken part,such as the solar energy domestic hot water technology,solar energy photovoltaic and ground source heat pump system.The author believes that the use of reproducible energy will not only depress the cost consumedly,but also bring the great economical benefit and the long-term significance of demonstration.
