| 摘 要： | 分析了吉林省担保机构发展中存在的一系列问题,诸如担保机构缺乏分层次的信用担保体系、银保合作模式不完善以及缺乏资金补偿机制等。提出了这些问题的弊端,指出它制约着担保机构融资保障作用的发挥,不仅导致中小企业融资需求得不到满足,也制约着担保机构本身的健康发展。进而从这几个问题出发,探讨了发挥吉林省担保机构融资保障作用的具体途径。

| Abstract: | The paper analyzes the problems in the development of guarantee agencies in Jilin province:the lack of the hierarchical system of credit guarantee,imperfection of bank-insurance cooperation mode and the lack of fund compensation mechanism.These problems restrict the financing guarantee function of guarantee agencies,which leads to the unmet financing needs of the small and medium enterprises and restricts the healthy development of guarantee agencies.Based on this discussion,this paper gives suggestions on the methods of improving the financing guarantee function of guarantee agencies in Jilin province. |
