铝酸钠溶液种分过程强化研究进展

摘    要:系统总结了铝酸钠溶液种分不同的强化分解方法,优化工业种分过程的不同分解条件,活化种分品种;在铝酸钠溶液强化分解及砂状生产中的添加合适添加剂和采用外场如磁场和超声波等强化处理铝酸钠溶液种分过程等,认为不同的强化方法在铝酸钠溶液种分过程中各有不同的作用。添加剂和超声波强化铝酸钠溶液种分,各有不同的特点,可能相互协同,在强化提高铝酸钠溶液分解速度的同时,得到砂状氧化铝。

Abstract:Different consolidation methods of the decomposition of caustic Aluminate solutions with seeds are summarized in this article:optimization of decomposition conditions in industry; activation the seeds; precipitation with appropriate additives to rise the decomposition rates and increase the coarse particles content in the products and process the liquors with outfield(such as magnetic field and ultrasound field) to improve the decomposition rates. It can be indicated that different methods have different consolidation effects. There are different characteristic in additives and ultrasound, Ultrasound can obviously improve the decomposition rate, while additives can increase the coarse gibbsites content effectively, when gibbsites precipitation from caustic Aluminate solutions with seeds with ultrasound cooperates with additives, not only the decomposition rates can be improve but also coarse gibbsites can be yield easly.
