某微细粒难选金矿石选矿工艺研究

摘    要:针对某微细粒嵌布难选金矿石,采用自行研发的高效分散剂T101和高效捕收剂D3进行了浮选试验。试验结果表明,通过充分分散矿泥和强化金的捕收,含金4.14 g/t的原矿经1次粗选、1次扫选、粗精矿再磨后2次精选,可获得金精矿品位41.76 g/t、回收率89.21%的较好指标,从而为该矿石的有效利用提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:In the light of the fine-grained and disseminated gold ore property, the gold mineral from the ore is recovered by flotation with our high efficient T101 as dispersant and D3 as collector.Under the fully dispersing pulp and improving gold collector conditions, when the crude ore contains gold 4.14 g/t, the technical indexes such as the grade of gold concentrate 41.76 g/t and the recovery 89.21% are obtained by one time roughing, one time scavenging and the rougher concentrate two times cleaning after secondary grinding.The research provides scientific technique support for effective use of gold ore.
