摘    要:火电厂凝汽式机组循环水系统优化运行是提高机组经济运行的重要途径。由于机组循环泵大部分是定速运行,机组运行最佳真空确定后,无法实现最佳的循环水量调节。但可根据机组负荷、循环水温情况,通过对循环水泵不同的组合方式,使循环水量尽可能接近最佳循环水量,从而提高机组运行的经济性。文章通过对桥二厂1~4号机组循环水系统设备及运行方式、计算对比,确定出循环水系统不同运行方式下的最佳起泵调节点,为运行人员操作提供了循环水系统优化运行方式的参考依据。

Abstract:Optimizing operation for circulating water system of thermal power steam condensed is an important approach to improve unit economic operation.After confirming optimal vacuum of unit operation,it can not realize optimal circulating water quantity because of constant speed operating of circulating pump.'Through adopting different circulating pump assembly mode based on load and water temperature of unit,in order to make the circulating water quantity approaching to optimal point,thus improving economical efficiency of unit operation.The paper confirms optimal pumping regulation point of circulating water system under different operating mode through comparing circulating water system equipment and operating mode of 1-4# units in second branch of Qinghai Qiaotou Electricity Aluminum Corporation,thus provides reference for operating staffs.
