乙二醛交联淀粉对纸张增强性能影响的研究

摘    要:乙二醛作为交联剂用于酶解淀粉改性,研究了反应条件和机理,并将改性淀粉应用于牛皮挂面纸的表面施胶,分析对纸张的增强和增挺作用。用单因素实验法讨论了交联反应温度、反应时间、乙二醛用量、干燥时间对牛皮挂面纸增强与增挺的影响。研究表明:在温度为80℃、反应时间为15min、乙二醛用量为0.5ml/g淀粉,并烘干2min后再自然干燥1h,纸张抗张指数和挺度指数分别提高至56.54N.m/g和313N.m3/g。

Abstract:Glyoxal as crosslinking agent can be used for starch modification. The paper studied the conditions and mechanism of reaction and used the crosslinking starch in corrugated paper surface sizing to improve the strength and stiffness of paper. Using single factor method to study effects of the crosslinking reaction temperature, time, glyoxal dosage and drying time on paper properties. Research shows that, reaction temperature 80℃, time as 15 min, glyoxa dosage 0.5ml/g amount of starch, natural drying 1h following oven drying 2min can promote the properties of paper to achieve the best results: the tensile index to 56.54 N.m/g and stiffness index to 313 N.m3/g.
