一种盘磨机磨片的新颖设计

摘    要:根据等角螺线数学性质,提出了一种盘磨机磨片的结构设计。该结构利用了浆料在磨区内运动轨迹为螺旋线的规律,提供了稳定的磨纹倾角和磨齿交角,理论上可使浆流更顺畅,减小磨盘振动,节约能耗,并且保证成浆质量的稳定性。

Abstract:According to the mathematical properties of the logarithmic spiral, a novel structure design of disc refiner plate was introduced. The material to be refined moved in the refining zone proceed with a logarithmic spiral regularity, which was exploited by this structure. Stable bar inclination angle and bar crossing angle was still provided. Theoretically, the particular plate was beneficial to material flowing, disk vibration reducing and energy saving, to guarantee the stability of pulp quality.
