大孔吸附树脂纯化化香树果序总黄酮工艺研究

摘    要:以吸附量和解吸率为指标对9种大孔吸附树脂进行对比,H-327B是分离纯化化香树总黄酮的理想树脂;热力学、动力学研究表明,Langmuir模型描述化香树果序黄酮在大孔树脂上的吸附规律更为适宜,该吸附属单分子层吸附,提高温度有利于吸附的进行,吸附过程可自发进行;对吸附?解吸工艺条件优化研究表明:当上样质量浓度为8.9 mg/mL、流速为3 BV/h时,H-327B型树脂对化香树果序总黄酮的吸附量较大。采用体积分数90%乙醇水溶液进行洗脱时,用5 BV乙醇洗脱,解吸率达到65%。

Abstract:H-327B is the optimal resin of nine kinds of macroporous resins to separate the flavones from Platycarya strobilacea Sieb.et Zucc by comparing their adsorptive capacity and desorption ratio.The research of thermodynamics and kinetics show that the adsorption isotherm could be better explained with Langmuir model and raising the temperature helps this monolayer adsorption which is spontaneous.The results from the investigation of process condition optimization for adsorption and desorption indicate that the macroporous resin has the best separating efficiency when the mass concentration of flavones in the liquid is 8.9 mg/mL and the current velocity is 3 BV/h.The desorption rate can reach 65% when eluting with 5 BV ethanol of volume fraction 90%.
