摘    要:根据某新建660MW机组快速减负荷试验结果,分析了要实现此功能所需的设备配置以及控制关键点,有助于发电机组的安全停运,减少锅炉故障停运的次数,减少锅炉受热面内氧化皮的发生;使机组具有快速恢复负荷的能力,对电网安全性的提高也有着重要作用。

Abstract:Based on the fast cut back test results of a newly-built 660 MW unit, the equipment configuration and critical control points that are necessary for realizing the functions were analyzed, so as to help its safety shutdown, reduce both the frequency of boiler MFT and the occurrence of oxide scales in heating surfaces of the boiler, and make the unit be capable of recovering load quickly, which is of great importance to the improvement of power grid safety.
