摘    要:中国的餐饮业经过四个阶段的跨越式发展,已呈现出一派繁荣的景象。但是,与国际餐饮业相比仍然存在着较大的距离,特别是信息技术在餐饮业应用方面差距更大。因此,必须将信息技术及时地运用到餐饮发展的整体轨道上去,使其在管理、服务、大批量定制、模块化生产和产品创新等方面能有较大的改观,从而推动和提升中国餐饮业信息化的整体水平,使其早日与国际餐饮接轨。

Abstract:Chinese catering industry is flourishing with four phases of great-leap-forward development. However, compared to international food industry, there still exists a great gap, especially in information technology application. Therefore, the immediate application of information technology may put catering industry development on the track and ensure a rapid improvement in the business management, service,mass-production, module production, product innovation, which may promote and upgrade Chinese catering industry informatization level, and thereby bring China's catering industry more in line with international practice.
