| 摘 要： | 远程医疗是医学和通信技术的结合。利用基于SIP和视频会议系统的远程医疗技术，可以为人民提供了更方便、更快捷的医疗服务。通过已存在的会诊模型为基础，结合远程医疗设计并实现了基于SIP的远程会诊系统。该系统各部分可分别设计。并具有良好的可扩展性。最后详细地分析了此系统的结构和工作原理。

| Abstract: | The remote medical treatment is technically medical science and correspondence to combine .Make use of a technique ac- cording to the remote medical treatment of the SIP and video meeting system, it can provide a more convenient and faster medical treatment service. Pass the consultation model had already existed for the foundation, combine remote medical treatment a design and implement a consultation system abased on the SIP. That each part of system can design respectively ,which has expand. The end an- alyzed the structure of this system and work principle in detail. |
