| Abstract: | According to serious accidents having occurred frequently in areas of chemical industry production and application, the causes of the accidents were analyzed, the occurrence regularities were explored and the preventive countermeasures were proposed . This is a useful reference to prevent the accidents and reduce the losses induced by the accidents. |
