摘    要:研究了以2-羟乙基吡啶经脱水生成2-乙烯基吡啶的方法。采用酸碱两类脱水剂,对其反应效果分析比较,发现碱性脱水剂氢氧化钾,更有利于2-乙烯基吡啶合成;探讨了脱水剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等影响因素,得出了适宜的反应条件:n(2-羟乙基吡啶):n(氢氧化钾)=5:2,在loo。C温度条件下,反应时间2h,反应收率80.2%,产物纯度可达98.1%,水分低于1%。

The Synthesis of 2 - Vinyl Pyridine by Dehydration

Abstract:In this paper, the method of 2 -vinyl pyridine from 2 - (2 -hydroxyethyl)pyridine by dehydration was researched. Then two classes of dehydrator, namely acidic and basic dehydrator, were used to compare the effect in the reaction, and proved that Potassium hydroxide is more beneficial to the synthesis of 2 - vinyl pyridine. The effect of different parameters, such as the amount of dehydrator, reaction temperature, and reaction time, were also explored. The optimal reaction conditions was finally determined, when using Potassium hydroxide as the dehydrator, and molar ratio of 2 - (2 - hydroxyethyl)pyridine and Potassium hydroxide to be 5:2, and reaction temperature to be 100℃ and reaction time to be 2h. Under this condition, a productive rate of 80.2% can be achieved with purity of 98.1% , and moisture content less than 1%.
