高河能源东翼盘区矿井防水防火防爆隔离门位置及其安全隐患排查

摘    要:防水防火防爆隔离门是控制矿井重大灾害范围的最后手段,隔离门的设置位置及其安全隐患排查至关重要。以高河能源东翼盘区为例,使用矿井通风网络解算的手段,对矿井风量分布现状与隔离门设置后矿井通风状况进行了模拟,对隔离门设置方案进行了优化,对隔离门启用后矿井风网与主要通风机存在的安全隐患进行了分析与排查,给出了隔离门启用后矿井安全隐患的消除方法,为其它矿井防水防火防爆隔离门的合理设置与安全隐患排查提供了方法。

Abstract:The water,fire and explosion prevention isolation gates were the last resort of controlling major mine disasters range,so it was critical to set the location of isolation gates and investigate the safety hazards.Taking the east wing panel area of Gaohe Energy as an example,by using mine ventilation network solution,it simulated the distribution status of mine air volume and mine ventilation conditions after setting isolation gates.The isolation gates setting program was optimized.The safety hazards of mine ventilation network and the main fan were analyzed and investigated after the opening of the isolation gates.It proposed the elimination methods of mine safety hazards after the opening of the isolation gates,and provided the methods of the reasonable settings of water,fire and explosion isolation gates and safety hazards investigation for other mines.
