北京市“十二五”能源发展问题研究

本文以北京市国民经济和社会发展"十二五"规划为依据,2010年为基期,预测了2015年一次能源需求。预测表明,"十二五"期间,在北京市GDP年均增长率为8%、万元GDP能耗降低17%的情景下,一次能源需求将达到9951.8万tce。文章对满足这样的需求及在此期间的能源发展问题进行了研究。

Study on Beijing Energy Development Issues in the 12th Five-year

Based on Beijing economic and social development in the 12thfive-year plan and taking 2010 as a basic period, this paper forecasts the primary energy demand in 2015. The prediction shows that the primary energy demand will reach 99.52 million tce in the 12th Five-year period, under the condition of 8% average annual GDP growth rate and 17% energy consumption reduction of per ten thousands Yuan GDP. The article analyzes problems of energy development in this period and situation.
