大中型异步电动机定子半个轴向段三维温度场计算

摘    要:本文首先给出了具有轴径向通风系统大中型异步电动机定子的三维稳态热传导方程和相应的泛函方程,然后采用三维有限元法和流体相似理论对具有上述结构的大中型异步电动机定子温度场进行了计算,分析了沿定子轴向各径向通风沟段面温度场的变化情况,并得出了相应的结论.

Abstract:In this paper,the 3D static heat conduction equation and functional equation are given,and then the 3D FEM and Theory of Similarity for Fluid are applied to calculate temperature fields of half a stator axial segment for large and medium asynchronous motor,which has axial and radial ventilating system.The variation of temperature fields of each ventilating grooves along stator axle is analyzed,and some useful results are attained.
