板翅式换热器翅片表面性能的三维数值模拟

摘    要:采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对板翅式换热器单通道流场进行了数值模拟。得出不同结构参数和操作参数下3种常见翅片的表面性能曲线,并分析了平直翅片的翅片高度和翅片间距、锯齿翅片的切开长度、波纹翅片的波幅与波距对翅片表面流动与传热性能影响。所得结论可为板翅式换热器的设计和优化提供有益的参考。

Abstract:A method of computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is usedto conduct a numerical simulation on single-pass flow field of a plate-fin heat exchanger. Surface performance curves of 3 types of commpnly, seen fins are obtained under the conditions of different structural parameters and operation parameters. The effect of height, pitch of a straight fin, the cutting length of serrate fin, the wave amplitude and distance of wavy fin on fin surface flow and heat transfer is analyzed. The result is used to provide useful reference for designing and optimizing the plate-fin heat exchanger.
