导弹发射装置充气阀失效分析

摘    要:导弹发射装置充气阀在沿海环境下服役后发生爆裂,导致充气阀和气瓶瓶体分离。采用断口宏观及显微观察、金相组织分析、能谱分析等方法对失效原因进行了综合分析。结果表明:充气阀选材不合理,对应力腐蚀较敏感;充气阀存放于沿海地区,具有潮湿的盐雾气氛,在内部高压和装配预紧力的作用下,于螺纹退刀槽根部产生拉应力,导致故障件存储了一段时间后发生应力腐蚀开裂。本研究对后续产品的试验和生产提出了一些有效的建议,同时采取有效措施,使用15-5PH替换原充气阀材料。该故障原因分析及纠正措施为今后导弹发射装置充气阀材料选用及工程应用提供了依据和经验。

Abstract:The charge valve in missile launcher was found to have fractured after service for a while in a naval base, and separated from the body of cylinder. The fracture cause was analyzed by fracture observation, micro-structure examination, energy spectrum analysis. The reason lies in that the charging valves, with their shell material in poor condition and the specification being impropriate, are sensitive to stress corrosion. Stored in wet salt fog atmosphere in coastal areas, and under the effect of internal pressure and assembly pre-tightening force, the charging valves produce thread tensile stress at the end of thread relief groove, which leads to the stress corrosion fracture after stored for a period of time. This paper puts forward some effective suggestions for subsequent product testing and production, and takes effective measures to use 15 -5PH as charging valve replacement material. This improvement measures provide the basis and experience for the design, material selection and the engineering application of charge valve in missile launcher in future.
