微光学系统矢量衍射成像的分析与模拟

摘    要:本文利用瑞利—索末菲矢量衍射公式经适当推理导出微光学系统矢量衍射像点光强度分布的解析计算式,探讨了矢量衍射成像的原理与技术。模拟实验表明,微光学系统的矢量衍射成像,不但要考虑横向场通常还要考虑纵向场,并讨论了波长和偏振态对成像的影响,有助于促进微光学衍射理论与成像技术的发展。

Abstract:The analytical formula for light intensity distribution of vector diffractive imaging point of micro-optical system is derived with the Rayleigh-Sommerfeld vector diffraction formula after proper reasoning, then the principles and techniques of vector diffraction imaging are discussed. Simulations show that for the vector diffraction imaging of micro-optical system not only the transverse field but also the longitudinal field need to be considered, and the effect of wavelength and polarization state on the imaging is discussed. These are helpful to promote the development of micro-optical diffraction theory and imaging technology.
