稀土永磁无刷直流电动机电枢反应的分析

摘    要:对永磁无刷直流电动机电枢反应的特点作用了详细分析,分析结果认为它对气隙磁通、感应电势、电磁转矩的平均值的影响可忽略不计,故为电磁设计时把空载工作点的磁通所似看作负载工作点磁通的结论提供了理论依据,并用此结论设计了样机,对其进行了空载、负载实验,实验结果和设计数据吻合较好。

Abstract:The characteristics of the armature reaction of the rare-earch PM brushless DC motor are analysed in details, the analytical results conclude that the effects of the armature reaction on the air gap flux, inductive EMF(electro-motive force)and electromagnetic torque can be neglected, so it provides the theretical foundation that the air gap flux of the no load work point can be approximately regarded as that of the load work point. After experiments on one sample motor which was designed according this conclusion, the results of the no load and load experiments are compared with the designing datas, they are perfectly identical.
