| Abstract: | The scaling mechanism in the polymerization of vinyl chloride is described.The antiscaling techniques at home and abroad are introduced.After improving the antiscaling techniques in Heilongjiang Qihua Chemical Industry Co.,Ltd.,only one time operation of cleaning polymerizer is needed after fifty batches of polymerization,from which 1.5 million RMB$ benefit per year is received. |
