三峡水库围堰发电期调度运行方式研究

根据三峡工程进度及相关部门的要求，就三峡（围堰发电期）——葛洲坝水利枢纽联合调度运行中有关泄洪设施的运行调度方式、三期围堰安全渡汛方案、梯级发电调度方式及航运调度和船闸运行方式等四个方面的问题进行了较全面的分析研究；给出了相应的调度运营方式；并提出了蓄水后应重点研究的问题，以确保围堰发电期及三峡工程正常运行后，工程可全面发挥防洪、发电、航运等综合效益。

Dispatching Operation Schemes of Three Gorges Project During Cofferdam Generating Period

According to requirements of time schedule and related departments, the flood discharge facilities, safe flood discharge schemes for the third session cofferdam, generation dispatching schemes for cascaded hydropower plants and narigation scheduling and lock operation for the coordinated scheduling operation of Three Gorges-Gezhoba cascade are analyzed comprehensively, correspording scheduling schemes are given. Main reseach problems after the gilling of seservoir are pointed out in arder to ensure that the project can fulfil the comprehensive benefit of flood control, generation and navigation during cofferdom operation and normal operation of Three-Gorges Project.
