摘    要:为满足共轨系统对控制精度和可靠性的严格要求,以MPC5534单片机为平台,开发了eTPU齿捕获函数和执行器控制函数,实验表明,齿捕获函数具有强抗干扰能力和智能判缸逻辑,执行器控制函数以角度为单位,不需要中断参与,控制精度和效率更高,系统满足实际要求。

Abstract:To meet the stringent requirements of precision and reliability for the common-rail system,this paper introduces the design of tooth capture eTPU function and pulse output eTPU function based on MPC5534.The results indicate that tooth capture eTPU function has a strong anti-interference and judge cylinder logic.,and actuator control eTPU function without interrupt has a higher control precision and efficiency.The system meets the practical needs.
