两级增压柴油机性能模拟计算研究

摘    要:通过热力学模拟计算,对两级增压技术在提高柴油机功率密度以及改善排放的潜力方面进行了研究,结果表明,采用两级增压技术能够明显提高发动机的升功率、升扭矩及低速扭矩,但发动机燃烧最高爆发压力会明显上升,当发动机功率密度较大,废气再循环(EGR)率较高时,过量空气系数仍可达到相对较高的水平,采用两级增压技术对于柴油机排放实现国Ⅳ甚至国V标准是一种较好的技术路线。

A Research on Thermodynamic Simulation of the Diesel Engine with Two-Stage Turbocharger Boosting System

Abstract:By means of thermodynamic simulation, the potential of two-stage turbocharger system on improving the power density and e- mission of diesel engine have been demonstrated. The results show that, two-stage turbocharger system could significantly increase the power density, the maximum torque and low end torque, while the Peak Fire Pressure would obviously climbing. Even though with a very high power density and high EGR rate, the excess air ratio could reach a high level. Therefore, the two stage turbocharger boosting technology would be a very promising strategy to reach the very strict emission legislation, such as China IV, even to China V.
