发动机曲轴主轴承液体动力学分析

摘    要:以某直列四缸发动机为研究对象,采用AVL_EXCITE Designer软件计算分析曲轴主轴承的液体动力学特性。根据经验公式计算主轴承载荷,建立润滑仿真模型对曲轴主轴承进行动力学仿真及润滑计算。根据对最小油膜厚度和最大油膜压力的仿真结果分析,为轴承优化设计提供了依据。

Abstract:This paper adopts AVL_EXCITE Designer to calculate and simulate,hydrokinetic analysis for the main bearings of an inline 4-cylinder engine is performed.According to the experiential formula,it calculates the load of the main bearings,and after the simulation models are created,the hydrokinetic analysis and lubrication analysis of the main bearings are performed.The results include minimum oil thickness and peak oil film pressure.All above results bring forward the improved method.
