| 摘 要： | 车牌提取是车牌识别系统中的一个关键环节．它决定了整个系统的工作效率．倾斜的车牌图像将会给下一步字符分割及识别带来困难．因此车牌的倾斜检测有着重要的意义。本文提出了一种基于车牌中字符间隔投影的车牌倾斜检测方法．应用于光照不均匀的多噪声车牌图像倾斜检测．实验结果表明，该方法取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | License plate extraction is the crucial part in the LPR; it decides the quality how the system works. When the plate is rudely extracted, there is much interference, especially tiled, It is important to pursue plate tile correction. This paper presents a new approach to detect the skew of the plate, This method calculates the tile angle by analyze the projection of character intervals. The testing result shows that the method is efficient. |
