| 摘 要： | 统计工作是对企业实行科学管理,监督整个企业活动的重要手段,是企业制定政策和计划的主要依据.根据现代企业制度要求,必须加强统计队伍建设,提高统计人员素质,改进统计工作方法,健全统计制度,形成一套合理有效的统计管理模式,真正体现统计的信息、咨询、监督三大职能.
