摘    要:文章阐述了我国最新研制的CZ-2E捆绑式运载火箭发射台强度与刚度计算的一种简便方法。概述了把一个具有54次静不定的系统简化为两次相当系统的过程。其计算结果与发射台出厂应力测试试验结果比较相当一致。这表明对于象CZ-2E发射台,其外形规则的结构,利用解析计算法计算是完全可行的。这种计算方法较之以电子计算机为依附的有限元法,所花费人力、物力和时间,不到后者的10%,而两者所获效果是基本一样的。

Abstract:The article describes a simple method to calculate the strength and rigidity of the launching pad of CZ-ZE strap-on launch vehicle newly developed by CALT.A simplifying process of converting a 54 degrees of statically indeterminate structure to a 2 degrees of statically indeterminate equivalent system is summarized.The calculation results are in agreement with that of ex factory stress test of the launching pad. It signifies that a regular contour structure like the pad of CZ-ZE can be calculated by analytic method. The cost of this calculation method is less than 10% of that of a finite element analysis method depending on computer,but the results of the both methods are about the same.
