摘    要:以扑翼飞行机器人飞行动力性能测试应用为目标,研究了一种高灵敏度小型(满量程50N)力传感器的设计方法.基于红外光电二极管具有响应速度快、线性范围宽、安装方便、接口电路简单等特点,设计了一种光电式力传感器.对设计的弹性体进行了力-应变有限元分析,试制了传感器样机并进行了传感器静态性能测试.测试结果表明,设计制造的光电式力传感器的非线性度小于0.3%,具有较高的综合性能.

Abstract:Aiming at the flight dynamic performance test application for the flapping wing flying robot,a design method for force sensor with high sensitivity and miniature(full scale 50 N) is studied.A new photoelectric force sensor is designed based on infrared photodiode which has the characteristics of fast response,wide linear range,convenient installation,simple interface circuit and so on.The designed elastic body has been conducted for stress-strain finite element analysis,sensor prototype has been conducted for static performance test after being trial-manufactured.Test results show that the photoelectric force sensor designed and manufactured has higher comprehensive performance with nonlinearity less than 0.3%.
