| 摘 要： | 通过对常规黏度法和“一点法”经验公式所求得的不同脱乙酰壳聚糖特性黏度值的比较，得出了适合于在测定条件（25℃，0．1mol·L^-1CH3COONa-0．2mol·L^-1 CH3COOH为溶剂）下快速测定其特性黏度的“一点法”计算公式为η]=（ηsp＋51nηr）／6C，进而可求得其黏均分子量。

| Abstract: | In this paper the intrinsic viscosity of chitosan of different degree of deacetylate were determined by extrapolation and calculated according to the empirical equation, The results showed that under experimental conditions 25℃, 0. 1 mol· L^-1 CH3COONa-0. 2 mol ·L ^-1CH3COOH as solvent,the one-point empirical equation η]=（ηsp＋51nηr）/6C is suitable for rapidly determining the intrinsic viscosity of carboxymethyl chitosan of different degree of deacetylate and viscosity-average mo- lecular weight of chitosan. |
