| 摘 要： | 针对斜齿轮螺旋角的测绘难度大,利用齿根圆在齿轮使用过程中其尺寸基本不变的 原理,通过分析齿根圆与公法线的相互关系,提出一种测绘斜齿轮螺旋角的新型方法,并在实际中 得到验证,取得了较好的效果。

| Abstract: | This paper gives out a new method by which the helical angle of helical gear is surveyed and mapped, which is based on the principal of gear root circle dimension consternating when it is been using and by analysising the connect between root circle of gear and common normal line length. So as to deal with the difficult question during surveying and mapping the helical angle of helical gear,and it has been proved in experience,and better efficiency has been grained. |
