| 摘 要： | 介绍一种铝型材立体冲裁模的结构和工作原理,分析立体冲裁的难点和相应对策,模具巧妙地利用锯形刃口对型材竖边和壁厚大的部分进行锯切加工。经生产实践验证:模具结构可靠,经济效益明显。

| Abstract: | The structure and working principle of a 3D blanking die for an aluminum profile were described. The blanking difficulties were analyzed and corresponding measures were proposed. The die has a zigzag-like cutting edge which can saw the vertical edge and thick wall and has proven reliable and efficient. |
