| 摘 要： | 探讨HVI测试棉纤维断裂比强度的影响因素.通过正交试验分析了回潮率、相对湿度和测试次数三个因素分别对锯齿棉和皮辊棉断裂比强度的影响程度.结果表明:回潮率对锯齿棉断裂比强度的影响较为明显,相对湿度次之,测试次数影响最小;测试次数对皮辊棉断裂比强度的影响较为明显,回潮率次之,相对湿度的变化影响最小.测试锯齿棉时建议延长调湿平衡时间,测试皮辊棉时可适当增加测试次数,以确保测试结果准确.

| Abstract: | Effect factors of cotton fiber breaking tenacity tested by HVI were discussed.Effect degree of regain,relative humidity and test number on breaking tenacity of saw ginned cotton and roller ginned cotton were analyzed respectively through orthogonal test.The result shows that regain effects saw ginned cotton breaking obviously,the next is relative humidity,and the last is test number.Test number effects roller ginned cotton breaking tenacity obviously,the next is regain,the last is relative humidity.Test res... |
