| 摘 要： | 总结浆纱工序节能的技术管理措施.阐述了高压上浆、合理设定上浆率和浆纱回潮率在节能上浆中的作用,介绍了压出回潮率的控制范围及上浆率和浆纱回潮率的控制方法,并提出浆纱理想回潮率的计算方法,指出浆纱工序的节能减排要将设备和工艺相结合,并对浆纱操作、计划安排和用浆管理各方面加强控制才能达到较好的效果.
