降低CJ7.3tex纱百米重量CV的技术措施

为降低CJ 7.3 tex纱的百米重量CV,通过改进开清棉工艺,以降低棉卷重量不匀率;针对梳棉工序后区落杂差异大、盖板花不均匀采取措施,以降低生条重量不匀率;针对精梳落棉率偏高,且台间差异大等问题进行了工艺优选,以降低精梳条重量不匀率;细纱以提高条干水平、减少细节、降低成纱重量CV为原则.采用正交试验优选工艺配置.通过一系列技术措施的实施,最终使CJ 7.3 tex纱的百米重量CV由原来的2.6%降低到1.5%左右.
