摘    要:为降低CJ 7.3 tex纱的百米重量CV,通过改进开清棉工艺,以降低棉卷重量不匀率;针对梳棉工序后区落杂差异大、盖板花不均匀采取措施,以降低生条重量不匀率;针对精梳落棉率偏高,且台间差异大等问题进行了工艺优选,以降低精梳条重量不匀率;细纱以提高条干水平、减少细节、降低成纱重量CV为原则.采用正交试验优选工艺配置.通过一系列技术措施的实施,最终使CJ 7.3 tex纱的百米重量CV由原来的2.6%降低到1.5%左右.

Abstract:To reduce the weight CV of CJ 7.3 tex yarn,lap weight unevenness was reduced through improving opening and cleaning processing,card sliver weight unevenness was reduced through improving the impurity removal differences of back zone and uneven card strips in carding,combed sliver weight unevenness was reduced through optimizing processing because of high combing waste and high differences between each machine,processing was optimized using orthogonal test to improve spun yarn evenness and reduce thin places...
