| 摘 要： | 深港联合治理深圳河工程在国内水利行业率先实行工程环境监察与审核制度。结合香港和内地相关法规及制度要求，在水利工程建设各个环节实施环境监察，对我国水利环境监察工作有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | The system of environmental monitoring and supervision is practiced for the Shen zhen River Rehabilitation Project jointly implemented by Shenzhen and Hong Kong which is the first one in China＇s water sector. This system is pursued in accordance with rules and regulations promulgated both in Hong Kong and the mainland. It is of guiding importance to the future water environment monitoring in China. |
