| 摘 要： | 通过分析两制件的使用要求和结构特点，确定了1模2腔成型2个不同制件的方案．模具结构采用了斜导柱侧抽芯和斜顶相结合，进行内、外侧抽芯，详细讲述了模具设计的过程和模具结构。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the working requirements and structural characters of two finished parts, the program of two different finished parts formed by 2-cavity mold is defined, further, slanting guiding pole core-drawing and slanting top are used in mold structure to perform inner and outer side core-drawing, as well as, mold design process and mold structure are stated in detail. |
