我国核电建设管理模式的探讨

摘    要:总结分析了我国核电建设管理模式和核电工程公司的发展现状.结合国家核电发展规划,参考我国核电工程建设的成功经验,探讨今后我国以核电工程公司为主体的核电建设管理模式.建议我国核电发展采用交钥匙工程总承包(EPC/Turn Key)的核电建设管理模式,由业主主导,以具有核电设计能力的工程公司为主体,以合同为纽带,分工合作,整合各方专业化的核电建设队伍.

Abstract:This paper analyzed the development status of management mode for NPP construction and nuclear power engineering companies. Considering the national development plan of nuclear power, and making reference of the experiences of the successful construction of NPPs, the management mode for NPP construction in which the nuclear engineering companies are the main factors have been discussed. This paper proposed that EPC/TurnKey as the management mode for the nuclear power construction, led by the owner, and constructed by engineering companies according to the contracts, so as to establish a construction group with expertise knowledge.
