基于SVPWM的三相混合开关电流型整流器的优化控制策略研究

摘    要:本文对大功率整流器对电网造成的谐波污染进行了分析,主要介绍了一种新型的混合开关PWM电流型整流器1]。该混合开关整流器在大功率领域具有显著的电流特性和成本优势,并能有效地抑制网侧的电流谐波。为进一步提高该混合开关电流型整流器的工作频率来减小交流侧和直流侧的滤波器成本和体积,本文提出了一种优化的空间矢量控制策略。最后通过电路仿真以及实验结果来验证该优化的电流型空间矢量控制策略能提高混合开关整流器的工作频率,来提高抑制谐波的能力。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the harmonic pollution to power distribution network caused by high power rectifiers and mainly introduces a new current rectifier using hybrid switch PWM. This hybrid switch rectifier features significant current and low cost in the high power areas, and in the meantime, it can control effectively grid side current harmonics In order to improve the functional frequency of this rectifier to lessen the cost and size of the filters over the AC side and DC side, the author provides an optimized strategy to control the space vector. And furthermore, it is proved by circuit simulation and experimental results, that this optimized current space vector control strategy can improve the functional frequency of the hybrid switch rectifier and thus highlighting its ability to control harmonics.
