| 摘 要： | 为了有效提高煤矿安全管理成效,国投煤炭郑州能源开发有限公司坚持"以人为本、安全第一"的精细化管理理念,建立了安全管理体系。从理念、原则具体举措逐层实施安全精细化管理,取得了一定效果。精细化的煤矿安全管理实践应用对促进整个煤炭企业安全管理起到积极的推动作用。

| Abstract: | In order to effectively improve the effectiveness of mine safety management,SDIC Zhengzhou Energy Development Co.,Ltd.adhered to the meticulous management concept of "people-oriented,safety first,"and established a safety management system.Safety meticulous management was implemented layer by layer from the idea,principle,and specific initiatives,which achieved certain results.Practical application of fine safety coal management played an active role in promoting the coal enterprise security management. |
