辛置煤矿水力压裂试验与效果分析

摘    要:辛置矿属高瓦斯矿井,煤层透气性差,瓦斯抽采率低,由于目前矿井采掘关系紧张,按照原计划抽采无法满足时间和安全生产的要求。为提高瓦斯抽采效率,确保安全生产,在辛置矿2-559工作面采用了水力压裂技术,有效提高了煤层的透气性,提高了瓦斯抽采效率;降低了煤层瓦斯的压力,降低了煤与瓦斯突出危险性,为辛置矿煤层瓦斯综合治理技术研究探索出新的方法。

Abstract:Xinzhi coal mine is a high-gas coal mine with poor permeability coal seam and low efficiency of gas extraction.As the current tension relationship between mining and excavating,according to the original plan,the extraction can not meet the requirements of time and safety production.To improve the efficiency of gas extraction and ensure production safety,hydraulic fracture technology on face 2-559 of Xinzhi coal mine was applied,which effectively improved the permeability of coal seam,improved the efficiency of gas extraction,reduced the pressure on coal seam gas,decreased the risk of coal and gas outburst,and explored a new way for the comprehensive management of coal seam gas Xinzhi coal mine.
