煤样单轴压缩变形微震信号及应力分析

摘    要:选取现场典型软硬煤试样,利用新三思微机控制电液伺服压力试验机进行单轴压缩实验,研究分析在加载模式下,煤岩强度及变形破坏特征,建立煤岩压缩过程侧向应变与破裂机制的关系。实验结果表明:煤样在主破裂发生前呈现出很弱的微震信号,即破坏发生前主频带变宽,振幅,应力达到最大值,信号频率最复杂。这就意味着煤样在该阶段已经进入危险状态,此时就必须采取相应的措施。

Abstract:This paper selects typical of hard and soft field coal sample,using the new Sansi computer controlled servo pressure machine for uniaxial compression tests to study the strength and deformation characteristics in the mode of loading coal,found the relationship of lateral strain and the rupture mechanism during compression of coal.The result of comparative experimental show that the coal samples presented very weak micro-seismic signal before the main rupture occurred that the damage occurred before the main band broadening,amplitude,maximum stress,the signal frequency become the most complex.This means that coal has entered a dangerous phase in this state,so it must take the appropriate measures.
