基于Solidworks的水力割缝喷嘴特性数值模拟

摘    要:水力割缝是煤层卸压和增加煤层渗透率的有效方法,其中喷嘴结构是影响水力割缝效果的关键部件,通过Solidworks软件对收缩型喷嘴内部流场进行数值模拟,通过对比优化喷嘴参数,并在实验室进行试验分析了影响割缝效果的因素。

Abstract:Hydraulic slotting is an effective way to released seam pressure and increase permeability of coal seams.Nozzle structure is the key component affecting hydraulic slotting.Internal flow field of convergent nozzle is simulated based on Solidworks software.Through comparing and optimizing the nozzle parameters,the factors affecting slotted effect is analyzed by laboratory tests.
