顾桥矿高温风流致热源分析及防治措施

摘    要:针对深井开采时的风流高温问题,对具有代表性的顾桥煤矿高温致热源进行了全方位的分析。提出了相关的高温防治措施,有开采技术措施以及分区集中制冷、冷凝热地面排放降温系统,对该降温系统进行了详细的介绍,对比分析了降温措施取得的效果。结果表明,采取降温措施可降低井下局部区域风流温度4~5℃,改善了工作环境,提高了工作效率,降低了事故的发生率,保障了煤矿的安全生产。

Analysis on High Temperature Airflow Heat Source and Prevention Measures in Guqiao Coal Mine

Abstract:To the problem of high temperature airflow in deep mining,this paper carried on the omni-directional analysis to high temperature heat source in Guqiao coal mine with representativeness.Relative high temperature control measures were put forward,which included mining technical measures and the cooling system.The cooling system of partition concentrated refrigeration and condensing heat ground emissions were introduced in detail,and the comparative analysis of the effect of cooling measures was made.The results show that taking cooling measures can reduce the temperature of the local area in underground about 4 ~ 5℃,which improves working conditions,enhances work efficiency,reduces the accident rate,guarantees the safety production in coal mine.
