摘    要:顶煤破碎程度与放顶煤效率密切相关,使顶煤破碎的力来自支架与顶板压力的共同作用,然而要直接监测支架上方的顶煤破碎程度几乎是不可能的,要实现对顶煤破碎的控制是非常困难的;提出一种顶煤破碎模糊控制器,这是一种辅助型控制器,将支架压力p、压力的变化dp和破碎时间t作为顶煤破碎的控制参量,以此来监测与辅助控制顶煤破碎。

Abstract:Top-coal breaking degree is closely related to caving efficiency.Top coal crushing force is the interaction from stent and roof pressure.But it is impossible to directly monitor the top-coal breaking degree on the stent.Therefore it is very difficulty to control the breaking of top coal.A fuzzy controller for top coal breaking is proposed.This is an auxiliary controller which takes support pressure p,pressure changes dp and broken time t as the control parameter of top-coal breaking.It is used to monitor and control assistedly of top-coal crushing.
