直升机吊运防喷器控制装置吊耳强度设计

摘    要:吊耳设计是保证直升机吊运防喷器控制装置处于安全状态的重要环节之一。在受力分析的基础上建立了吊耳的三维实体模型,应用Pro/E和ANSYS软件进行了有限元应力分析,并与用传统力学强度计算结果和拉力试验对比,三者的计算结果非常接近。对吊耳进行了拉力试验和磁粉探伤,进一步验证了有限元分析和传统力学计算结果与试验结果是吻合的。

Abstract:In course of helicopter hoisting,design of lifting lug is one of the key factors to keep control system for BOP stacks safety.On the basis of analyzing the main stress of control system for BOP stacks,lifting lug's triaxiality solid model and finite element analysis using Pro/E and ANSYS software were established,and by contrast to intension result,then the three results were consistent.In practice,it has done with tension test and magnaflux inspection to lifting lug,is more verifiable that the FEA and tradition mechanics calculation is in line with test result.
