电解盐水优化控制系统

摘    要:盐水生产过程是一类非线性、慢时变的复杂化工过程,盐水 NaOH 含量的控制尤为困难。本文讨论基于自适应 KALMAN 滤波算法对盐水的NaOH 含量进行在线估计,在此基础上提出了一种新型的广义预测自校正控制算法—基于智能的广义预测自校正控制器,实现不对盐水过程的自校正控制。实际运行结果表明,盐水的NaOH 含量能够稳定在比较理想的范围之内。

Abstract:The brine production system is a non-linear tardy time-variant complicated chemical in- dustry process.The NaOH content is very di- fficult to control.A method that is based on the self-adeptive KALMAN filter calcula- tion method to estimate the content of NaOH on-line is introduced in this treatise.A new extensive self-rectify predicting controll- ing caculation method-self-rectify predict- ing intelligent controller is also introduc- ed on the above basis.The self-rectify con- trol to the brine production system is re- alised.The actual running result shows that the content of NaOH can be stabilized within an ideal range.
