摘    要:采用均匀设计优化白花蛇舌草中对香豆酸的提取工艺。以对香豆酸含量、干浸膏得率为指标,考察药材的提取溶剂、溶媒量、提取温度、提取时间等因素对提取工艺的影响。优化工艺:水为提取溶剂,料液质量比1∶100,提取温度100℃,提取时间4 h。提取工艺可靠、简便。

Abstract:The extraction process of p-coumaric acid from hedyotis diffusa willd.was optimized by uniform design.The effects of kinds of extracting agent,amount of extracting agent,temperature and time on extraction results were examined.The obtained optimum extraction conditions were using water as extracting agent,w(hedyotis diffusa willd)∶w(water) =1∶100,extraction temperature 100℃,and extraction time 4 h.The results showed that this method is reliable and simple for extraction of p-coumaric acid from hedyotis diffusa willd.
